Turn Around and Processing Times

Turnaround times vary from product to product.

All items are handcrafted, and some are personalized. 

EX: Tumblers can take up to 3 weeks to ship out. There is a 72-hour process time associated with all orders plus the actual turnaround time. So, you may place your order for a personalized tumbler, and it may not ship out until 3 weeks later. This is just an example. 

Turnaround time on a ready to ship item is 72 hours, most items are ready to ship at time of order.  Again, all items are handcrafted please allow for proper time for us to receive and process the order. 

T-shirts: Turnaround time will be 72 hours from time the order is placed. 

Pencils or Pens: Will ship within 48 hours of receiving order. 

Budget binders: Will ship within 48 hours of receiving order.
